Press Release = Dec 20, 2022, Seoul
Gaudio Lab announces it will showcase its future-leading AI audio technology at CES 2023, which will take place in early January next year. The AI audio technology company is slated to run a booth at KOTRA(Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency)’s integrated pavilion in Eureka Park, called a debut venue for new technologies, to provide diverse programs visitors are allowed to have hands-on experiences of its world’s best sound source separation technology and spatial audio technology, which won the CES Innovation awards.
Sound source separation is the technology that extracts a particular source from the audio signal mixed with multiple factors. An excellent example of this technology is extracting a sound of a single instrument from an ensemble piece or removing the voice from a song to make an accompaniment. Gaudio Lab’s source separation technology is recognized as the world’s best in terms of separation, sound quality, and low computational comlexity.
Recently, Gaudio Lab has gained attention for providing technological support to JTBC TV’s program called “Hidden Singer 7.” The company successfully extracted the late famous Korean singer Hyun-sik Kim’s voice from the sound source.
Gaudio Lab’s AI technology enables not only to separate the accompaniment and voices from the source but also clearly separate each different element, such as drum, piano, and vocal, etc. They also have received favorable market responses. Gaudio Lab opens this technology for free on its website, which sees daily users exceeding 10,000. Gaudio Lab says that it will introduce the excellence of its technologies worldwide via the exhibition at CES 2023.
“We again put Gaudio Lab’s technology on the global stage after our global march to conquer Hollywood’s VR sound market in 2017. As Web 3.0 and metaverse were newly added to additional topics of CES 2023, it will be an opportunity for Gaudio Lab to highlight its latest sound technology which is crucial to the metaverse environment,” said Henney Oh, CEO of Gaudio Lab.
Meanwhile, Gaudio Lab won two CES 2023 Innovation awards with Loudness Management 1 (LM1) and Gaudio Spatial Audio (GSA), proving its technological prowess that leads the global audio industry.
Crowdworks, a leading South Korean data platform for artificial intelligence (AI), will be introducing its AI data solutions along with the HR management system specialized in data annotation and digital platform at CES 2023 held in Las Vegas Convention Center from January 5th to 8th.
