Vinsmart, a unit of Vingroup, is about to roll out their first Vietnam’s 5G-capable smartphone, Vinsmart Aris.

Vinsmart Aris supports outstanding performance with a Snapdragon 765G 5G module platform and a quantum security chip. It comes with an 8GB RAM, 4000mAh battery, 128GB ROM, and supports 5G Sub 6 GHz network. Also, it performs a triple-camera (48MP + 8MP + 2MP), arranged in a square camera cluster. In terms of audio, this model is equipped with Gaudio Lab’s audio technology, such as Spatial Upmix to deliver astonishing sound with rich bass even with and without wearing headphones. With or without headphones, Gaudio Lab’s Spatial Upmix with ELEQ(Equal-Loudness-based dynamic Equalizer) technologies delivers detailed and spacious sound when any audio content like music or video play on Vinsmart Aris. It allows users to feel detailed sound, including deep bass and hi-hat, even in lower volumes. What is Gaudio’s Spatial Upmix?

And when listening to music, you would feel the music come alive and surround you rather than being static and flat in one spot.”

Existing 3D audio technologies distort the original audio signal and perpetuate sound quality issues. Like too much editing or over-filtering harms the original pictures, it is quite similar when producing 3D audio. The matrix mixing L/R signals and excessive reverb for making a 3D effect cause the audio distortion, such as spectral coloration and phase distortion. Therefore, audiophiles would not ever want to listen. However, the Spatial Upmix gives your ears a fully immersive experience as if you were in the scene without a manipulated audio signal. Unlike legacy 3D audio technologies, it first extracts each sound object from the stereo mix and then renders (spatializes) them to the 3D sound scene based on binaural rendering technology adopted as part of the next-generation of audio standard ISO/IEC 23008-3 MPEG-H.
